Final Paper Submission and Guidelines

The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an UaAIT2025 Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.

The Conference Proceedings will be included in the UaAIT2025 Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of UaAIT2025 Xplore. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and present their papers during the conference in-person.  UaAIT2025 reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from UaAIT2025 Xplore if the submission does not meet UaAIT2025 standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by UaAIT2025 but shall not be indexed or appear on UaAIT2025 Xplore

ACCEPTED PAPERS

1. Register Online – Registration coming soon

You MUST register before uploading your final paper. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the early bird registration fee by April 15th, 2024. One author NON-STUDENT registration will cover the publication expenses of only TWO accepted papers. Manuscripts exceeding the allowed length (see point 2 below) by up to two pages will still be published, with an additional charge of 150 SGD per extra page.

In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organisers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR’S COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.

2. Preparation of the Camera-Ready Manuscript

UaAIT2025 CAI publishes two types of papers:

1. 1. Short paper type: [2 pages + 2 pages (additional charges apply as in point 1)]
   2. Long paper type: [6 pages + 2 pages (additional charges apply as in point 1)]

To determine the type of paper acceptance for your manuscript, log into the Microsoft CMT system. From the author console, click on the manuscript number in the leftmost column. The type of acceptance will be indicated under Primary Subject Area.

The paper must be prepared in A4, two-column UaAIT2025 Conference format. Please refer to the Publishing Templates for guidance.

3. Upload your Camera-Ready Manuscript 

The Camera-Ready paper submission system opens on April 15th, 2024. 

Upload your Camera-Ready paper to the Author Paper Submission Site.

Within the system you will find a step-by-step guide to 

1. 1. Generate a file using the PDF Xpress tool (Conference ID 59869X)
   2. Complete the UaAIT2025 copyright form 

Both these steps are essential for the publication of your manuscript.
