Paper Guidelines

All papers must adhere to the following formatting:

1. 1. Papers should be original and not currently under review at another venue.
   2. To help ensure correct formatting, please use the IEEE style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission. These include LaTeX and Word style files, which are available at https://template-selector.ieee.org/secure/templateSelector/publicationType (choose Conferences > LaTeX | Word).
   3. In order to implement the double-blind reviewing policy, please use the following author statement in the latex file: \author{\IEEEauthorblockN{Anonymous Authors}}
   4. Only papers in PDF format will be accepted.
   5. Paper Size: A4 (210mm x 297mm).
   6. Paper Length: Each long paper should have at most 6 pages, while each abstract paper should have at most 2 pages, including figures, tables and references. A maximum of two extra pages per paper is allowed (i. e., up to 8 pages for long paper and 4 pages for abstract paper), but with additional charge.
   7. Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, #10 point Times Roman font. Please make sure to use the official IEEE style files provided above. No page numbers please. We will insert the page numbers for you.
   8. New authors cannot be added after submission deadline.
