Conditions for Participation in the Conference

• The submitted paper must fall strictly within one of the principal or subsidiary themes of the conference and must demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and scholarly integrity.
• The paper must not have been previously published, submitted for publication to any scientific journal, or presented at any prior conference or symposium. It must also not be extracted from a master’s thesis or doctoral dissertation. However, postgraduate students may present summaries of their theses or dissertations in the form of posters in a designated area prepared for this purpose.

• All submitted papers must adhere to recognized standards of scientific research and employ the APA documentation and citation style.

• The similarity index must not exceed 20%, and the allowable use of artificial intelligence tools must not exceed 25%.

• For papers written in Arabic, the manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word, in Simplified Arabic, font size 14. For papers written in English, the manuscript must be prepared in Times New Roman, font size 12.

• The paper must be formatted in accordance with the official conference template, available on the conference’s website.

  • The deadline for submitting research abstracts is December 31, 2025. Researchers will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts on January 31, 2026. The final deadline for receiving the completed research papers is March 31, 2026.

•  The submitted paper must not exceed 25 pages.

• All papers will undergo a formal peer-review process conducted by a specialized refereeing committee. Authors are obliged to fully comply with all revisions and recommendations communicated by the committee.

• The final version of the paper must be accompanied by a concise résumé of the author(s).

• Papers that fail to meet the above criteria will be declined.

• Papers of high academic merit and exceptional scholarly value will be published in the Jerash University Journal, a peer-reviewed scientific journal, as well as in a dedicated conference volume
