It must also <strong>not be<\/strong> extracted from a master\u2019s thesis or doctoral dissertation. However, postgraduate students may present summaries of their theses or dissertations in the form of posters in a designated area prepared for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 All submitted papers must adhere to recognized standards of scientific research and employ the <strong>APA<\/strong> documentation and citation style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The similarity index must not exceed <strong>20%<\/strong>, and the allowable use of artificial intelligence tools must not exceed <strong>25%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 For papers written in Arabic, the manuscript must be prepared using <strong>Microsoft Word<\/strong>, in <strong>Simplified Arabic<\/strong>, font size <strong>14<\/strong>. For papers written in English, the manuscript must be prepared in <strong>Times New Roman<\/strong>, font size <strong>12<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The paper must be formatted in accordance with the official conference template, available on the conference\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The deadline for submitting research abstracts is December 31, 2025. Researchers will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts on January 31, 2026. The final deadline for receiving the completed research papers is March 31, 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp; The submitted paper must not exceed <strong>25 pages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 All papers will undergo a formal peer-review process conducted by a specialized refereeing committee.
